A Career Development Assessment allows the
employees to identify their general career direction, such as
whether they should be in sales or in management. It then focuses
them on their strongest opportunities within the proper career
direction, since their strengths may cover more than one particular
position. Specific coaching suggestions are included, for
building on strengths in addition to overcoming weaknesses.
Our Career Development assessment is based
on a powerful database of over 300,000 incumbents and candidates, that
has been built and refined over the past thirty years. Our assessment
technology provides predictive--instead of just descriptive--accuracy.
How the Process Works
Getting started is simple. All you need to
know is what you want the sales person, manager or executive to do. Next
select the appropriate position profile from the sales, management and
executive positions listed.
Proceed to our store and complete the process to
order an assessment profile.
The candidate or employee will receive a log-in and password to complete
the assessment online. Within 36 hours you will receive the assessment
profile results with a recommendation that predicts the individual's
ability to perform the job successfully based on the position and
critical success skills selected at the beginning of this process. In
addition to the results for an individual, you can assess a team or the
entire organization to develop an employee assessment database that can
be used for organizational analysis, session planning and training
needs.
